01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Jili Games — whether through a web browser on your phone, a tablet or a desktop — you are entering into a binding agreement with Jili Games under these Terms and Conditions. This agreement comes into effect the moment you complete the registration process and create an account.

Using the platform without registering — for example, browsing the site or viewing game information — does not create an account-level agreement, but any use of the platform still implies a basic acceptance of these terms in so far as they apply to non-registered access.

These terms apply to all services available on the Jili Games platform: Slots, Live Casino, Sports Betting, Bingo, the Withdrawal system, any bonus or promotional offers, and any future services added to the platform. If a specific game or service has additional rules, those rules supplement these general terms — they do not replace them. Where there is a conflict between a specific game rule and these general terms, the specific rule applies to that game only, and these general terms continue to govern everything else.

02 Eligibility and Age Requirements

Jili Games is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and place real-money wagers on the platform. This is a firm requirement — there are no exceptions.

By registering, you confirm that:

• You are registering and playing for yourself, not on behalf of another person.

Jili Games reserves the right to request age verification documents at any point. If it is discovered that a player has misrepresented their age and is under 18, the account will be permanently closed, all funds held in the account will be returned to the payment method used for deposit (minus any winnings that resulted from play during the period of underage access), and the matter may be escalated as required.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on the Jili Games platform. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or different names with the intent to circumvent limits or claim multiple bonuses — is a breach of these terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, a valid contact number, and accurate payment method details. You are responsible for keeping your registration details current. If your contact number, payment method or any other account detail changes, update it through your account settings promptly.

Your account login credentials — username and password — are your responsibility. Do not share them with anyone. Jili Games will never ask for your password via email, chat or any other channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support immediately through your account dashboard and change your password.

Account registration is free. There are no charges for creating an account, and no minimum deposit is required at the point of registration. The first deposit is required before real-money play can begin, but you may log in and browse the platform before depositing.

04 Deposits and Payments

All transactions on Jili Games are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion at the account level — your balance, deposits, wagers and withdrawals are all in PKR.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for deposits, wherever possible. Jili Games applies this matched withdrawal policy to prevent money laundering and ensure funds return to their verified source.

To make a withdrawal:

1. Your account must be fully verified. Identity verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed.
2. You must have sufficient cleared balance in your account after any applicable wagering requirements have been met.
3. The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold for the chosen method.

Verification documents may include a government-issued photo ID such as a CNIC or passport. Upload clear, legible copies through your account dashboard. Once verified, this process does not need to be repeated for future withdrawals unless your account details change or a periodic re-verification is triggered.

Jili Games reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. This may include requesting further identification documents or confirming the source of deposited funds. These checks are not routine for every withdrawal but may be triggered by unusual account activity or large withdrawal amounts.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

Jili Games offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each bonus has its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds and expiry periods. These specific terms are displayed alongside each offer and form part of these general Terms and Conditions.

General rules that apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses are issued to one account per player, per household, per device and per payment method. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times is fraud and will result in account closure.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money balance. Wagering requirements on bonus funds must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal is permitted. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means PKR 10,000 in total wagers must be placed using that bonus before withdrawal.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while Live Casino games may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are listed in each bonus's individual terms.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. If wagering requirements are not met within the specified period, the bonus and any associated winnings are forfeited.
• Jili Games reserves the right to withdraw or amend any bonus offer at any time. This will not affect bonuses already in active use on an account.

07 Game Rules and Fair Play

Each game on the Jili Games platform — whether a Slot title, a Live Casino table, a Sports market or a Bingo room — operates under its own specific rules. These rules are accessible within the game interface or the relevant section of the platform. It is your responsibility as a player to understand the rules of any game before placing a wager.

All games on the platform use certified random number generation (RNG) for digital games, or draw from live game outcomes for Live Casino and Sports. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for Slots are published and reflect the theoretical long-term return — they do not guarantee specific session outcomes. Variance in individual sessions is normal and expected.

Sports betting markets are settled based on official match results from the relevant governing body — for example, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) for domestic cricket and the International Cricket Council (ICC) for international fixtures. In the event of a disputed result, Jili Games will follow the official ruling of the governing body concerned.

If a technical fault — server error, disconnection, display glitch — occurs during active play, the outcome of the interrupted round may be void and the stake returned, or the round may be completed based on the available game state at the time of the fault. The specific handling depends on the game type and the nature of the fault. Jili Games' decision on technical fault outcomes is final after review.

08 Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Jili Games platform. Engaging in any of them will result in account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances where fraud is involved, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly Live Casino games or tournament formats.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonuses through low-risk or hedge betting strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine play. This includes placing offsetting bets on the same event using multiple accounts.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, software or any automated system to interact with the platform in place of genuine manual play.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a payment reversal or chargeback through your bank or payment provider after funds have been deposited and used for play. Any chargeback attempt will trigger an immediate account suspension and investigation.
• Fraudulent identity: Registering with false personal information, using someone else's identity or payment method, or providing forged verification documents.
• Money laundering: Using the platform to deposit, wager and withdraw funds for any purpose other than genuine gaming activity.
• Underage play: Attempting to access real-money play while under 18 years of age.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

Jili Games reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion. Reasons may include — but are not limited to — a breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification when requested, or inactivity for an extended period.

If your account is suspended for investigation, you will be notified through your registered contact details. During a suspension, access to the platform and withdrawal requests may be placed on hold until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation finds no breach, the account will be reinstated and any held withdrawals released.

If your account is permanently closed due to a confirmed breach, any real-money balance remaining after deducting bonus-derived funds may be returned at Jili Games' discretion, depending on the nature of the breach. Balances derived from fraudulent activity will be forfeited.

You may also choose to close your own account at any time. Self-closure requests can be submitted through account settings or by contacting support. Any real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your registered payment method after standard verification checks.

10 Responsible Gaming

Jili Games is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform is entertainment — it is not a reliable way to make money, and losses are a normal part of how casino games and sports betting work. Every player should set a personal budget for gaming spend and treat that amount as the cost of entertainment, not an investment.

Tools available to all registered players include:

Your data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes unrelated to Jili Games.

You have the right to request access to the personal data held about you, to request corrections to inaccurate data, and to request deletion of your data subject to legal retention requirements. Data requests can be submitted through your account dashboard or via support.

12 Amendments to These Terms

Jili Games may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When a material change is made, registered players will be notified through the platform or via their registered contact details before the change takes effect.

Continued use of the platform after a notified change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with a change to the terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure before the change takes effect. Your real-money balance at that point will be returned through the standard withdrawal process.

Minor updates — such as corrections to typos, formatting changes or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any rule — may be made without advance notice. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent substantive revision.

The version of the Terms and Conditions in effect at the time of any disputed transaction or account action is the version that will be applied in reviewing that dispute. Jili Games maintains a record of all previous versions for this purpose.
